For over 25 years SANITAN has been dedicated to taking exceptional care of homes and properties, serving Metro Atlanta and most of northeast Georgia from Cherokee to Walton county. Our staff is well trained and our \"no mess\" policy includes maintenance jobs as well. We will do your work right and leave no mess behind us. Started as a small on the side business doing gutter cleanings. The business grew to include many home repairs, as gutter cleaning customers had additional work needing to be done. After 30 years serving the greater Lilburn area, Sanitan has become the go to company for home maintenance needs.
