Sam Catania Sr., started the business in 1963 by driving around with simple lettering on his van for advertising purposes. This was meant to be a side job and well over half a century later it has become one of the most reputable and successful family businesses in the Erie area. On March 21, 2006, Sam Catania Sr. was succeeded by his youngest son, Sam Catania Jr., Altering the business name to Sam Catania Painting, Second Generation, LLC; located at 2930 Cherry Street, Erie PA 16508. The next generation continues to deliver high quality service and excellent satisfaction to all customers.
