With free pick up service which includes inspection, furniture removal in addition to proper placement upon return. This service includes an in-home inspection of your rug as well. \n\nOnce at our shop one of the most valuable steps performed prior to cleaning is pre-inspection and color testing of fibers to prevent running of colors during cleaning. Once complete the washing is performed on our custom built cleaning platform by a certified technician. These steps include: \n\n1. vacuuming\n2. agitate the fibers to looses the dirt \n3. re-vacuum\n4. determination of pet soiling and treatment of all spots and stains by hand including rug bathing in our custom built bathe unit overnight to insure the removal of contaminants in the rug\n5. thoroughly wash and rince your rug\n6. hand washing of fringes\n7. hang the rug to dry\n8. post inspection by the owner to insure the best possible cleaning\n9. roll and wrap them prior to delivery\n\nSpecialty Services: \n\n~ Fringe trimming or replacement is available.
