Royal Carpet Care specializes in carpet cleaning; upholstery cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning. In addition, I am a Senior Certified Carpet Inspector and Master Cleaning Technician. Howard Burch is a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities. After 18 years of employment with various Hanford contractors (BS Degree in Construction Management) he realized a need to change course - mid life - and the entrepreneur bug bit him.\n\nWithin two years of establishment, Royal Carpet Care became a growing and vibrant business.
