We specialize in the cleaning of the common areas of Bay Area Condominium Associations. We clean the hallways, the lobbies, the garages, patios, stairwells and the sidewalks of HOA associations in Alameda, Oakland, Emeryville and San Francisco. For more than 20 years, we have cleaned the common areas of HOAs in the San Francisco Bay Area. We currently service more than 40 Associations on a weekly and bi-monthly basis. In addition to our scheduled cleaning, we offer power washing, carpet cleaning and handyman work by a licensed general contractor. We are pro-active. For instance, we helped saved one of our Associations $200 per month in utlities by switching the building to energy-efficient lighting. We are fully insured with worker compensation and liability insurance. All of our employees have been with us for a minimum of five years.
