Since 1984 Professional Installers, Inc. (PI) has been involved in over 75,000 furniture installations and office moves, helping ease those concerns our clients naturally have. , In addition to our office space, our headquarters boasts 66,000 square feet of warehousing space and our Warehouse II offers an additional 100,000 square feet to handle receiving, delivery and storage for both short and long term needs. Professional Installers, Inc. (Pi) began operations in January of 1984 when the original owners were currently working in the facilities group at Monsanto. They saw a need for furniture installation within their own department and realized a larger need as systems furniture became prevalent throughout the corporate world. They began by hiring friends from high school and college, working nights and weekends out of one of the owner's garage. As the business began to grow, both transitioned to careers in the furniture industry with a local Steelcase® dealer. Pi was the installation arm of the dealership and the growth continued., , Warehousing, storage, shipping, delivery and asset management have all added to the core business of furniture installation.
