We're a professional pick-up and delivery service whose mission is to cater to the customer's laundry needs while saving your time.\n\nYou place your order through our website, and clothes are picked up and delivered whenever you want and washed and folded to your preference in an impeccable facility. We offer a variety of detergents, settings and environmentally safe products for you to choose from to customize your order. All while you're kept abreast of the process as you receive text and email notifications. \n\nWe now service Charlestown, Chelsea, East Boston and Everett, Massachusetts.\n\nFree Pick up and delivery laundry and dry cleaning service. Next-day Service available. In 2008, we opened our first laundromat in downtown Chelsea. As our client base grew the demand for our wash, dry and fold business grew as well. So in 2015 we launched a second store, Primo's Laundromat, named after my black lab. Aware that many people don't have the time or transport to bring in their clothes, we then introduced Primo's Express, a professional pick-up and delivery service.
