Mike Schwab is a state certified residential contractor who moved from Orlando to Brevard County in 1995. As the owner of Schwab Custom Homes he completed over 200 custom homes throughout Brevard County and built a reputation based on pride, quality, and service.\n\nIn 2007, Mike sold the home building business and started Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab. Mike took the same qualities and standards from his days in the home building business into the pressure washing business. As a result they have quickly become Brevard counties leading source for non-pressure roof cleaning and full service residential and commercial pressure washing.\n\nWith a 14 foot rig featuring all state of the art equipment and a self-contained 525-gallon water tank, Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab can handle any job big or small.
