However, Patrick's salary was not stretching far enough to qualify for that first big mortgage -, Patrick's wife, Mary, decided to contribute through her NEW business - Personal Touch Cleaning in order to qualify.\n\nMary's first client was cleaning the model homes in the HOA development where they purchased their new home - specializing in HOA model home cleaning services, which soon transitioned into cleaning pool and clubhouse common areas. \n\nIn 1995, Patrick left his career and became President of PTC outgrowing the 'home office' in 2002 and the Irvine corporate office again in 2015 - PTC relocated their OC & LA Operations to Anaheim.
