Peformance Cleaners, LLC was only a concept in 1990. Put to the test in 2008. I thought we would be a small commercial window cleaning company and instead we are a residential window cleaning company. Residential business came easier, since I knew many home owners, and little did I know at the time that residential work is harder to find. \n\nResidential cleaning customers want and need to trust us immediately since we spend about 6 to 8 hours inside and out of most homes. Most commercial window cleaners that I have met, have not been able to cross the trust barrier. \n\nIn 2009 we began to develop a commercial cleaning company called the The Janitors and officially created the subsidiary in 2011. The Janitors is our commercial cleaning wing. It is cleaning America from the bottom up. \n\nThe Janitors work 365 days a year and mostly between the hours of 12am and 8am. We are small so we only run about 120 man hours per week. \n\nWe have grown by a minimum of 20% each year.
