I have taken classes with DLI (formerly International Fabricare Institute) on stain removal, fabrics and fibers, and finishing. I am an active officer with the Raleigh Area Dry Cleaners Association which helps promote education of dry cleaning to the public as well as fellow cleaners.\n\nAs one will see, all of our counter staff speak fluent English because we believe in order to provide you with excellent service you and the counter staff have to be able to communicate effectively. How frustrating is it when you have to express yourself over and over because the counter person does not understand English or walking out of a business wondering if they got your request correctly? \nOur pressers are paid a fair wage and the average time they've been with us is over 14 years!
