Although, the business is fairly new, the Owner of the business has been providing cleaning services to several clients within the Monterey Peninsula for over 25 years. Because of this, it has allowed for her to develope key skills and knowledge to manage and be an effective owner, compete in the industry, and understand the standards of her customers. Originally staffed with only two employees, Peninsula Cleaning Maids has been able to increase their workforce gradually.
