Packerland Properties' U-Haul is consistently a top 10% U-Haul performance location offering one day and one & two-way vehicle rentals. If the vehicle needed is not available at this location, arrangements can be made to find a vehicle to suit your needs. Packerland Properties is a local, family owned business that began in 1974 with the renovation/conversion of a single family home into a two family flat. That initial project was followed by the construction of several duplexes. Over time the smaller buildings were transformed into multi-family units. Eventually self-storage, office, retail, and small business rental space was added to the offerings. In 1990 U-Haul dealership services were added as a convenience for storage and apartment patrons. U-Haul clientele rapidly expanded, leading Packerland Properties' U-Haul to rank in the top 10% of U-Haul performance companies in Northeastern Wisconsin/ Upper Michigan on a continuing basis.
