We also clean windows and vacant properties. Whether it's trimming, tearing out the old landscaping, or putting in new, we would be glad to help. One Way Property Maintenance Inc. was established by Israel Flagg in 2011. After working for another pressure washing company for several years, he decided to start his own business. The first few years of the business, he worked a full-time job and managed his business on the weekends and after hours. But as the clientele picked up, he finally took a step of faith to run the business full-time in 2015. The business is in a fledgling state but has developed good contacts and referrals through affordable pricing and quality service.
