Elected by his peers to serve as president of the Washington Metro chapter of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), Dave has also served on the board of the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC).\n\nDave personally screens each employee and only hires tradesmen with outstanding skills, credentials and references.
