New Heights is a fully insured, professional window cleaning service that specializes in all those difficult, seemingly impossible, hard to reach places. We service high-rise/commercial sites as well as residential locations in and around Springfield, Jefferson City and Northwest Arkansas areas. We are experienced, fully trained, respectful individuals whose goal is to provide you with the highest level of quality and service. The owner, Justin Hess, was introduced to the window cleaning industry over 10 years ago when his rock climbing mentor and owner of Class Glass Window Cleaning offered him a job. His extensive knowledge and love of climbing made hanging off tall buildings and maneuvering his way around architectural structures a breeze. The establishment of New Heights is Justin's first step in taking over this already established client base and continuing the excellent service and professionalism he has always provided as his mentor heads into retirement.
