I managed my first commercial pool in 1988, I was 13. I have managed two pool companies since and was not satisfied with their lack of customer service, communication, and thorough training. Their get in and get out ( with the money) attitude combined with unethical and often immoral practices forced me to start my own business to serve customers who needed knowledge and reliability at an affordable price.
