Contact us today to get started! Praz Cleaning Service was formed in 1986 by founder Daniel J. Praz. The company performed more than one hundred and fifty service calls per week for eighteen years straight. During this time, Mr. Praz discovered a way to refinish hard surface floors without causing them damage or having them lose their color. In 1999 when given the opportunity to try his service on a wood floor, Mr. Praz developed the beginning stage of the Mr. Sandless wood floor refinishing system.\n \nA proto-type model was set up and extensively tested for three years under the Praz Maintenance Company banner. This testing included every last detail of the system and the beginning stages of the model. During those first three years more than five hundred floors were serviced with 100% satisfaction. After visiting a bulk of the clients from the first year and finding 100% satisfaction, Mr. Praz moved forward with plans to create a franchise model and launched Mr. Sandless in June of 2004.
