Michael Snodgrass and his sister Laurie started the company in 1993. They came to the Kansas City area from central Missouri where they were born and raised. Laurie attended the University of Missouri where she received her degree in education and went on to teach special needs children. Mike moved to KC years later looking for work and started a commercial cleaning service before moving into residential and starting the maid service with Laurie.
