Martin's Mini Barns began in December of 1992 as a family owned and operated business. Since the beginning quality has been our primary focus in constructing these storage sheds, mini-barns, shop sheds and carriage sheds. We even have a Limited Time Rent-To-Own Program - but you need to call ASAP and mention you saw this ad in Yellowpages.com!, All structures are standard wood framing. The foundation is constructed with pressure treated 4 x 4 skids. Floor joists are composed of 2 x 4's spaced 16" on center, covered with 5/8" plywood. The side walls are stud built with studs spaced 16" on center and covered with 1/2" DuraTemp siding. The vinyl barn studs are spaced 24" on center and covered with 7/16" OSB. Rafters on all buildings are spaced 16" on center and covered with 7/16" OSB, with the exception of 8' wide vinyl barn style buildings, which rafters are spaced 24" on center. Standard asphalt shingles are used on the roof. Vinyl siding is an option for all styles.
