Marlin's Service was established in 1968 by Marlin and Dorothy Kerr who relocated to the Sandhills in the early 80's to stay open year round and avoid the harsh winters of Northern Michigan. Marlin's son Jeff and his wife Christine decided to keep the business in the family and took over operations in the mid 90's to give Marlin and Dorothy some much deserved time to travel and enjoy their retirement. Jeff and Christine continue to run the show today and have been blessed to build their business thanks to fantastic clients and a supportive community. Since the inception of the company we have made it our mission to do things the right way with integrity and unmatched attention to detail.
