Other services include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move-in/out, post-construction, pre/post-event, deep and short notice cleanings. \nWith one the fastest cleaning systems in the country, Lovly cleans around of 7 sec/sqft with the average cleaning company cleaning about 35sec/sqft. For every square foot that Lovly cleans, we donate one penny towards fighting homelessness in the city. Last year alone, we cleaned over 750,000 square feet. \nTo guarantee human and pet friendliness, we create our own cleaning products. We also offer a First Time Guarantee. We've dealt with clients who have multiple properties ranging in size from 300 sq ft to 3000 sq ft. We've cleaned aftermaths of bridal parties, booze-filled raves and properties that resembled a miniature crime scene (minus the body), all in 4 hours or less while making the property look and feel as if it has never been occupied.
