The way my boss worked was clean it as fast as possible without paying much attention to the details due to the fact that she didn't get paid by the hour, but by the house so it didn't matter how long it took to clean it. The faster we worked the more money she had for herself. But I am a perfectionist and because of that I had problems, I didn't like to leave things halfway done. This motivated me into working by myself and I was more worried about the quality rather than the quantity. I started with two houses, my clients liked my work and they started to tell their friends and family about my work. I like the quality, I like being a perfectionist, I love it when my clients notice that I was in their homes and the great difference of the before and after I went through their houses.
