Year-round Yard Care: Lawn Cut, Leaf Removal, Snow Removal, Mulch, Yard Clean Up, Shrub and Tree Planting/Trimming/Removing, Hauling Junk. Certificate of Insurance available upon request. At the beginning of each month, we E-mail our invoice to our clients, and payment is due upon receipt--unless you have made special payment arrangements in advance, which are written on the contract. Clients receive a unique link to use to pay each invoice online with any credit card, debit card, or checking account. This helps us cut postage costs dramatically. Of course, if a client requires it, we can invoice via USPS, and clients can always send us a check via USPS. We do require a signed contract, even for a one-time-only lawn cut, but this protects both our clients and us. We do not cut grass when it is not growing, but we will check on your lawn and cut it if it needs it according to which of the 4 option you select: \n1. 20 cuts = weekly; \n2. 15 cuts = approximately every 10 days;\n3. 10 cuts = every other week;\n4. Only When I Call You.\nClients can choose to be invoiced monthly or to pay in full at beginning of season and receive monthly credit remaining updates.
