Built from the ground up, we started by securing route work with local businesses (strip malls, and standalone store fronts), sub-contracting on new construction and residential customers. Operating at that time as Abracadabra Window Cleaning. \n\nIn early 2002, we sold the route work portion of the business to dedicate our resources to residential and new construction customers. In 2008, the economy significantly impacted the new construction portion of the business (while we still do this), our primary focus is now on residential customers. \n\nIn 2013, we made a choice to change the businesses name to Kosco Cleaning, LLC to address customer confusion as another Abracadabra Cleaning company moved into the area and to take personal ownership/pride by putting our owner's name on the business.
