In 2009 Kijuan was working as a building engineer and discovered a big problem his residents were encountering finding specialized high-rise condominium movers and true maintenance professionals. Kijuan Sanchez later initiated a plan to create KJ Moves You Services which is not only providing specialized luxury relocating services to the Landmark Towers to this day, but also offers a wide variety of residential and commercial maintenance services. His unique background working as an engineer and earning his trade certificate helped Kijuan embark on his passion for being able to cater to those in need of superior moving and maintenance services.
