Being in business since 1975, and now a second generation family run business, the experience and reward of taking a job from a frantic call to giving them back their home or business in as good or better condition then before the loss, makes us appreciate what we do. We are proud of our work and it's great to make the people feel so happy with the results.\nAlthough we are a preferred provider for Travelers Insurance, we work with all insurance companies and can guide you through the steps needed to be taken. As a policy holder, the State of Washington gives you the right to choose who you have do the work. If you don't like the contractor that is doing the work, you have the right to have them removed and replace them. If you are not covered by insurance for the loss, we can work with you in a number of ways. The business was started in 1975 By Patrick Kelley. Originally Shamrock Janitorial, then Kelley's Building Maintenance & Supply, Kelley's Carpet Cleaning, and now Kelley Group Northwest, d/b/a Kelley's Cleaning & Restoration. All the name changes came about from changing the focal point of the work. We are a General Contractor, so we can take on repairs of anything that water, fire, smoke, sewage or mold have made it necessary to replace or repair.\nWith Patrick in semi-retirement, Ben Kelley, who grew up in the business, has been doing a great job of running the business and has actually taken it to another level so the future looks bright. Ben has improved the business in many ways but kept the spirit the business began with, .....providing outstanding work with friendly and caring service.
