Kankakee Tank Wash has been cleaning and sanitizing chemical and food grade tanks since 1985. Our facility is located along I-57 about 1 hour south of Chicago at exit 312 in Kankakee, IL.\n\nWe can perform a variety of washes ranging from chemical to food grade. Our facility is both Kosher and dairy certified along with being DOW and BASF certified. We can also heat your product to temperature and perform exterior cleaning of any equipment.\n\nWe are one of the top tank cleaning facilities in the nation, servicing a variety of customers and meeting a number of their needs. We utilize computer controlled systems that carefully regulate temperature, pressure, chemical cleaners, and pH. You can drop-off your tank trailer at our facility for later pickup. We handle the fleet needs of a number of companies. Our wash crews are carefully trained in HACCP, heel handling and removal, along with proper wash procedures, and safety procedures. We also offer on-site, instant ATP testing to ensure your tank is clean and sanitized. We can develop Custom Wash Preps for your specific client demands, as we have for Dial, Stepan, Landers, Bunge Foods, Unilever, BASF, and Solvay.
