Our business specializes in commercial and residential cleaning. J's Maintenance is a full-service janitorial firm with over 350 employees across the country. We have a full GREEN Cleaning program customized for the individual needs of our clients. We don't subcontract and we do supervise weekly.\n\nOur commercial service specializes in office buildings, retail complexes, auto dealerships, schools, churches, and industrial complexes. Our J's Maids division cleans homes in the Glendale/La Crescenta/Tujunga/La Canada/Montrose/Sunland areas. \n\nUnlike many competitors, our employees are bonded and covered under our workers' compensation insurance policy. Your property is protected by our liability insurance coverage. Plus we pay all taxes for our employees, including federal, state, social security and unemployment. \n\nWe are locally owned and operated. Our main concentration of clients and employees is right here in Southern California. We are servicing many accounts of all sizes throughout Southern California on a nightly basis. We also provide commercial janitorial services in the greater Houston, TX; Portland, OR and Atlanta, GA areas. In addition to our commercial service, we also offer residential cleaning services since 1996 with our J's Maid Service division. \n\nWe are proud members of BSCAI, PABSCO, ISSA, PRSM and IFMA.
