Our maids have experience, are efficient and offer detailed house cleaning.... I started JPs Professional Window Cleaning on the side in 2001, with a handful of happy customers. It wasn't until spring of 2010, that I realized the business potential and grew it into more of a formal business. Since then, we have taken off. We now provide services to Four-hundred homes and commercial establishments in the Roaring Fork Valley. One of my biggest challenges has been finding and keeping good employees. We have used a number of outlets for recruitment. However, I find I can not spend the time teaching, watching over employees on ladders, and redoing their work (I'm a perfectionist), so in the most recent years when the scope of the work requires more help I use some friends that also run window companies...however a great majority of the time, I perform the work by myself. I have found that customers like this the best too. \nIn 2013, after many requests, my company started offering home cleaning services. We have four cleaning ladies that are just dynamite.
