We gently apply a combination of sodium hypochlorite and a lemon scented surfactant to help the chemicals cling to your house! After we wait approximately 10 minutes, we simply rinse the dead organic material and loose dirt off. You can rest assured, knowing your house is clean and sanitized! My name is Micah and I am the owner/operator of JOMO pressure wash! I got started pressure washing last fall, helping my parents clean up their mobile home parks. This early spring, I dove deep into researching the safest and most efficient way to get customers’ homes clean while protecting the integrity of their property! I quickly found out that soft washing is the Way to go! I am one of the only companies in this area to offer soft washing as opposed to pressure washing.
