JOAT is a services based business providing construction, cleaning, and software services.\n\nConstruction - decks, fences, retaining walls, walkways (concrete/pavers), patios (concrete/pavers), driveways, parking areas, demolition, and excavation services.\n\nCleaning - move-in/move-out, housekeeping, vacation rental cleaning.\n\nSoftware - API interfaces, SaaS, other web based software. Peterson Tech LLC started in Boise, Idaho in 2010 with the release of a web content management system called Piece Builder(TM) that was fully integrated with PayPal payments standard.\n\nAfter relocating to the Oregon coast in 2017 and continuing to work remotely until April 2018, Peterson Tech LLC as a sole member was discontinued in Idaho, registered in Oregon as a partnership with his wife Lisa and nephew Derek, and the business was expanded to include cleaning, construction, and software services.
