We specialize in Solar panel cleaning and soft washing. \n\nSolar panels can be damaged or permanently satined if cleaned with some house hold window cleaners. These cleaners can leave a film behind that will block the suns rays and prevent them from generating electricity. They may also deteriorate the seals and damage the cells or wiring. This is why we clean with pure water ONLY and a soft bristle brush attached to a water fed pole. \n\nSoft washing is used on siding and roof shingles. Soft washing is the use very low pressure, similar to a garden hose, to apply a cleaning solution and then rinse with the same low pressure. This process is safe for all siding materials including EIFS, stucco, dryvit, aluminum, vinyl and painted wood. \n\nRoof shingles are cleaned using the ARMA recommended cleaning process to protect the shingles from harm. This is also a low pressure system similar to an indoor shower head. We started out as a painting and power washing service and have since focused soft washing, roof cleaning and Solar panel cleaning to better serve our customers
