Whether you choose our semi-annual Club Membership or a single visit tune-up, our preventative maintenance service will help keep your unit's operating costs down, prevent major damage, and ensure your system is operating at its best!\n\nIn addition, we can service and clean your ductwork and improve your air quality, including filtration and humidity levels. If your home or business is experiencing energy loss, we can install or improve your attic insulation as well.\n\nAsk us about our Exclusive Club Membership! Benefits include:\n-2 visits (one to check heating equipment and one for cooling equipment)\n-82 point inspection. \n-Cleaning and waxing of equipment. \n-Inspection of all gas heating components (if applicable) \n-Cleaning of indoor coil (brushing coil off only if needed) additional charges may apply. \n-Check up on refrigerant level. \n-Guaranteed same day service (priority customer) only $19.95 service charge (normally $69.00). \n-10% off duct cleaning and IAQ (indoor air quality) products. \n-15% off repairs (all parts and labor) if needed. \n-3% off unit replacements. \n-No additional after hours charges. \n-Only $9.95 a month ($119.40 a year) per system!!
