(which then went on to become Chrysler, LLC.). I cleaned carpet for 10 years aside of my full time job up until 2008 when Chrysler, LLC began offering very attractive lump sum voluntary buyout packages to interested employees. I accepted the lump sum buyout and moved back home to Indianapolis, Indiana to start my carpet cleaning business full time.\n\nBefore starting HutchPro Carpet Cleaning Plus I asked myself what could I do to make this business the best I can possibly make it? I jotted down a few bullet points\n\n1. Provide the highest quality customer service possible.\n2. Establish credentials based on pride, trust, and integrity.\n3.
