We employ quality assurance managers to make sure your cleanings are perfect every time! Happy Host was formed because of the increase of Airbnb's and vacation rentals in San Diego. Regular cleaning services didn't cut it when it came to linen management, restocking, working within the check-out/check-in times, and receiving timely damage reports and immediate confirmations of work completed. These are all things a proper vacation rental needed so Happy Host Cleaning and Linens was born. in late 2016 we added auto-scheduling of cleanings on check-out dates, QC Manager accountability, cookies for your guests from The Cravory, and a textile company which cleans and presses all our white linens. \n\nThe company started in April, 2016 first delivering linens to cleaners at the properties, but now our home office and staff provides better structure and direction to our cleaners than before.
