Guardian Property Services started as a small company focused on residential landscape architecture and maintenance within Moscow. As Guardian's client base grew, the company expanded into Pullman and the greater Palouse region. In 2010, Guardian began developing individually-tailored annual service contracts with its residential and commercial clients after witnessing the need for these services within the community. In 2015, we expanded our service area to include Lewiston, Clarkston, and the surrounding area. Currently, over 150 residential and commercial clients in the region rely on Guardian to provide year-round maintenance services to their homes, properties, and businesses.
