We offer services such as carpet restretching, carpet repair, carpet dyeing, upholstery and leather cleaning, drapery cleaning, tile cleaning, water removal and disinfecting. Guarantee System also specializes in odor removal. We can remove most odors caused by smoke whether it was caused by cigarettes or a house fire. We also treat for animals: cats, dogs, skunks, etc... Guarantee System is family owned and operated and has been doing business for over 40 years in the tri-cities area. We currently have 3 full time employees and 2 part time employees. Our carpet cleaning technicians have 45 years, 30 years, and 25 years of experience respectively.
