We are a division of GPS Property Maintenance Inc. New to Yelp but have been pressure washing for 20+ years. We are proudly family owned and operated. Our current customers include AT&T, Reliable Properties, SnapChat, Chipotle, HOAs, Gas Station Owners and many others. Licensed, bonded and insured. We serve Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Government properties. \n\nWe use the proper chemical, water pressure, and tempature to clean each surface to ensure the best results safely. Started in the 1980s as Graffiti Prevention Systems. Originally owned by Mr. Ernest Garrett, one of the graffiti removal pioneers in Southern California. We became family owned and operated by Martin Arevalo in 2007. Martin was a long time employee for Mr. Garrett. We have recently restructured as GPS Property Maintenance Inc with Graffiti Prevention Systems and GPS Pressure Washing as divisions.
