Gerard Property Services, LLC provides efficient and excellent cleaning services to home owners and businesses. We are prompt and responsive. We work to make sure your cleaning plan is catered to you and get to know your needs and wants. Cleaning Proposals are catered to what the client finds most important to them. Price is based on your budget along with the plan that we propose. I started Gerard Property Services in 2017. It became my goal to have my own business when I realized that I want to provide a service to those that need it but also be able to set my own hours for my family. Being able to help seniors or busy families clean their homes makes me feel a sense of accomplishment. I enjoy cleaning my own home and find it to be stress-relieving, it just all made sense to create a business around that!
