You can mix our services for the same flat rate price. Although you can hire just one of us, most effective way to complete your \"to-do\" list is by \nhiring us in 2 person teams. This allows you to divide us to tackle multiple projects.\n\nTrash Removal: \nWe have several sized Pick-up trucks that'll easily haul away your trash loads starting as low as $100 per trip, within Philly. Helper, trash bags, junkyard fee included.\n \nLandscaping:\nYard work, weed overgrowth, gardening, mulching, vine & ivy removal, small trees cut, cleaning vacant lots (violations removed), we are the row home specialists.\n\nDeliveries:\nCraigslist purchases, Home Depot runs, appliances...whatever fits in a pick up truck starting as low as $80 flat rate anywhere in Philly. \n\nProperty & Lot Management:\nCleanouts, demolitions & gut outs, board ups, vacant lot cleanouts, minor \"rent ready\" repairs, lock changes, landscaping, and snow removal\n\nHousehold Help:\nIkea furniture assemblies, home re-arranging, organizing, or just those \"extra hands\" for a project you're working on.\n\nMoving Laborers: \n[NO TRUCK] Masters of loading / unloading (your) truck rental, Pods, containers or storage units.\n\nPricing: $20 per hour, per person (3hr minimum)\n\nAdditional fees may apply.
