We are one of CT's very few IICRC Certified carpet cleaning firms, employing IICRC certified technicians. We are proud to hold the highest possible A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are not a franchise! Fiber Clean has been family owned and operated since 1991.\n\nOur 7 step process includes:\n1. Pre-inspect.\n2. Vacuum dry soils using a Hepa-filtration vacuum.\n3. Pre-spotting of individual spots and stains.\n4. Pretreat entire carpet with a Traffic Lane Cleaner that loosens ground-in soils.\n5. Agitate heavily soiled traffic areas to further loosen soils for removal.\n6. Moving furnishings such as sofas, loveseats and chairs to clean underneath.\n7. Powerful Truck-mounted \"Steam Cleaning\" with virtually no soapy residues left behind to cause rapid re-soiling. Fiber Clean opened Danbury, CT in 1991. We initially focused on the commercial carpet cleaning market and within a few short years were serving accounts throughout all of the states in New England as well as in New York and New Jersey. From the beginning we have been dedicated to always maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Referrals have been the main source of the expansion we've enjoyed. To better serve our clients, in the fall of 1993 we relocated to Bristol, CT. Because we had so many requests for our services at our commercial clients residences, we decided it was a natural choice for diversification. We shortly thereafter added residential cleaning services throughout central Connecticut. Some years ago, the owner chose to spend more time close to home and family and scaled back the company, serving only our commercial and residential clients within CT.
