FabricSeal can be applied to upholstery, area rugs, carpets, runners and even draperies. In other words, we can protect and care for any soft surface in your home.\n\nFabric Seal will not change the look, feel, texture or the color of any fabric that has been treated with FabricSeal! Once your pieces are FabricSeal protected, you will receive a FabricSeal Care Kit as well as 18 months of complimentary spot cleaning care. The process takes just a few minutes per piece but will require 30-45 minutes to dry depending on the thickness of the fabric. There is no haze or aerosol mist as we use a pressurized application that injects the FabricSeal deep into the fabric. The FabricSeal is inert once dry and completely safe. \n\nFabricSeal helps keep dirt, grime and dander from penetrating down into your upholstery. It keeps everything on the surface, so it helps keep your pieces looking newer longer. Essentially, FabricSeal makes regular fabric perform like a performance fabric. When spills happen you will see it bead up on top giving you a window of opportunity to wick up the spill. If spills do happen and penetrate, having FabricSeal protectant makes it much easier to clean up stains. We provide you with a FabricSeal Care Kit as well as 18 months of complimentary spot cleaning service. If you have an issue you cannot resolve on your own, you can contact us to come out and help as many times as you deem necessary for 18 months.
