We have a wide array of different Boat and RV spaces with a complete store and dump station. We have 24/7 access through the gate and allow customers to view cameras through the website. Back in 1948 my grandpa had the property as a lumber yard. In 1972 with big box home improvement retailers moving in he had the foresight to convert it to a storage facility. Since taking over in 2004 we've been able to add a lot of amenities and offer storage for local cities such as Melvindale, Allen Park and Dearborn.
