She wanted to provide her services in order to better provide for her family. Within her first years her clientele grew dramatically. They were satisfied with her attention to detail and her dedication to the overall satisfaction of her clients. In 1978 she established her own business which she moved to the Bay Area in 1990. This past September, Elvia passed away.
