Includes things like inside the fridge, oven, windows and doors, behind/under furniture, high up fixtures and fans, switches/outlets, etc.\nRecurring Maintenance $99-$125/2 bedroom +$25/additional room. Always includes kitchen, living room and all bathrooms. This set price is negotiated based on the number of rooms you want me to maintain. Price also depends on wether you need dishes/laundry done, number of pets, etc. \nMove In/Out $40/hr. Thorough top to bottom clean of the entire dwelling. Inside cabinets, all appliances, every cobweb, every switch/outlet, walls, windows and doors... Everything! My goal is to cultivate long lasting relationships with customers in our community.
