Often times when a customer contacts us for the first time, they are looking for something specific and are not aware of the depth of services we offer as well as the product mix that we bring into your indoor environment. So, we begin by providing some materials around Efficient Cleaning Services so that as we are performing our job, you have an opportunity to get a better feel for who we are, what we do and how we do it. Our team leader will go over the type of services we will be performing in your home and pull out a checklist to use to go through the details of what you want done. You will go through each of the areas being serviced making notes and/or adjustments to the checklist as needed. For example, you might not want a particular item on the Super Clean checklist performed and would like to substitute something else for it. By the time the checklist is complete, any issues and preferences should be recorded and addressed...
