37 years of experience in housecleaning. We specialize in residential and vacation homes. We also coordinate carpet cleaning and window washing with preferred partners. We have a long list of referrals with new customers and customers over 20 years. We bring our own equipment and supplies unless otherwise requested. Please call with any questions or to request an estimate. I started Dynamic Cleaning as Annie's Cleaning at the age of 27 in 1980. I first placed an ad in the Good Times. We added carpet cleaning and window washing but after the early death of my husband I decided to contract out with other companies in order to continue the service. Instead of becoming a huge business I have maintained a small but quality business. I mainly draw on referrals of 30 years of customers. I'm very selective on who I hire and we all love to clean, even me after 30 years. I cover Santa Cruz county only.
