We service Apartment Communities, Property Management Companies and Individuals in residential rental carpet cleaning, housekeeping, and painting (CSLB#809664) one time and recurring services. Additionally, we provide packing for tenant occupied renovation work for when residential units are undergoing renovation work and the tenant has to remain in the unit or has to be moved to a temporary residence for the duration. We've been in business for 26 years as of 2017. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We started in 1991 with one carpet cleaning van. In 1993, we began marketing to apartment communities and property management companies. Over the years, we expanded from Marin to Sonoma, San Francisco, Napa, Solano, and Alameda Counties. Due to demand for them, we expanded our services to include housekeeping, painting, and trash-outs. Being that a number of our clients are non-profit organizations that own or manage apartment communities providing low income housing to families and seniors and need to maintain their non-profit status, they must renovate their units, occupied or not, every seven years. We have become specialists in packing tenant occupied units so that renovations may occur while the tenant is either still living in the unit or is temporarily moved to another available unit within the complex or off site. Over the past ten years we have serviced more than thousands of tenant occupied renovation units.
