With a seven year background in residential management, the owners of D 'n' S Janitorial Services Company had extensive opportunities to witness a variety of companies and individuals called upon to clean vacant apartments and houses. All these people seemed to lack one thing when it came to cleaning. That one thing was the detail. It seemed no matter what you paid, there was still detail work that had to be done after these 'professional' cleaners were done. It would take us anywhere from 1 hour upwards to 4 hours to detail these vacancies.\n\n We would train people working for us in our manner and detail of cleaning, and then would lose them to either supervisory positions in other cleaning companies or by them starting their own business. In 1988 we decided to abandon residential management to answer the needs of apartment, building and home owners throughout the Puget Sound area.
